Implementation Guides

Most of the functions described in the IGs are performed from the Event Management Center. The EMC is only accessible if your username
has been validated as an Event Manager by Division staff.
(If you sign into your Event and "Event Manager" displays below the "Welcome
back..." greeting in the upper right of the page, you're good to go.)

The IGs below have NOT been updated for 2009, so you may experience slight differences in functionality or screen layouts. There are,
however, great 2009 user guides on the
High Plains Division Relay Online Resource Center. Remember that there are some minor
differences on how Divisions implement Relay Online.

NOTE:
The 0220 version of the batch data entry

participant IDs used to credit donations
and fees to individual Relayers.

USE version 0325 of the data entry
application, otherwise batch uploads will
complete with errors (some of your
participants will not be credited with
donations...the records will be rejected).

To save a copy of the application, right
mouse click / save target as... on the
appropriate link at right. Read the IG "Batch
Uploads" (clink on link above to open) for
instructions.
